Mares will be selected based on their quality as individuals and as producers. We recognize ‘quality’ as expressed in many aspects about a mare: the depth of her pedigree, her quality of conformation and movement, her production records to date, and her own performance history will be considered. We are also interested in selecting mares who are good frozen semen candidates.
